Your new role
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing project schedules, including but not limited to allocations, equipment, team progression, budget, and resources as well as running team meetings and training sessions with the team and clients. You will liaise with clients to identify project requirements as well as on-board and train the new team members. You will write status report updates for the team to update them regularly on the progress of the project. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective management of the logistical requirements of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of success in the above responsibilities as well as experience within the financial services space. You will have in-depth knowledge of project timeframes and requirements as well as experience with negation and client management in a project based environment. To be successful in this role, you will have strong time management skills as well as a proven ability to communicate effectively in high pressure situations. You will have the proven ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and have strong attention to detail.
