Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee the provision of technician and printing service to our valued Konica Minolta customers. Reporting to the State Field Service Manager, alongside two other Field Service Managers, the purpose of this position is to achieve exceptional customer service, consistent product reliability and provide strong team leadership. The Service Manager is a field facing position that manages the ongoing service relationship with Konica Minolta Customers whilst leading and developing a highly-skilled service delivery workforce.
You are an experienced people leader with a proven history of success in the service delivery sector. You have strong numeracy, communication, presentation skills and a proactive approach. Your demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a proactive approach to networking within the NSW business and government community will be highly regarded assets to this role.
