Ideally have 1+ continuous years previous call centre experience, in at least an entry-level technical support role. Ideally supporting cloud-based software
Ideally, have 2+ continuous years of experience working in the Meetings & Events industry
Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate technical information into layman's terms.
Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearly.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them
Empathy and patience when supporting none technically minded, clients
A commitment to learning and ongoing personal development
Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
Trouble-shooting SAAS software related enquiries via phone and email.
Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'
Up-skilling and assisting Meetings & Events clients in using our SAAS software solutions.
The position is full-time, working as part of a small support team based in our wonderful Gold Coast location. The role is Lower/Medium tier and salary will be determined on skills and experience. The right candidate may be given the opportunity to develop and grow over-time towards a more senior technical position. We have a fantastic team of software developers, graphic designers, support personnel and marketers in-house and we pride ourselves on our work-hard, play-hard attitude.
