Dell Deployment Services are responsible for the delivery of complex Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions. As a Graduate Service Delivery Engineer you would be a part of a team of technical delivery professionals who assume responsibility for implementing, migrating, upgrading and/or operating customer IT infrastructure environments as part of a project/s or over a fixed term residency services engagement.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Onsite implementation, migration, upgrade, management and operation of Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions.
  • Following defined project and operating procedures to ensure that services are implemented to scope
  • Preparation and completion of required pre and post deployment documentation
  • Collaborates on project proposals to assist in defining project scope

You are our candidate if:

  • You have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • You have a basic knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including storage, networking, server and virtualisation technologies
  • You have good priority setting and delegation skills
  • You also work well in a team and independently
  • You are passionate about working with customers and assisting them
  • You are eager to learn about new technologies and are motivated to grow your capability through ongoing training and certification programs
  • You have an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, as we are NOT able offer visa sponsorship for this position.
