Senior Service Desk Technician

About the role

We are currently recruiting for Service Desk Technicians and Senior Service Desk Technicians to work on a shift basis across 24/7 environments in Perth. To be a great Service Desk Technician you will need to have a passion for technology, a background in delivering outstanding customer service and a drive for learning and developing your career.

As part of our upbeat and dynamic team, you will make use of your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to deliver high quality (and did we mention award winning?) customer service within a large, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in resolving IT-related issues and requests whilst upholding Kinetic IT’s reputation for delivering beyond customer expectations.

Sound like your kind of role? You will need some of the following:

  • Ideally, previous experience in an IT support or service desk/ help desk-type role
  • Proficiency with phone support, call-logging tools, remote access, active directory, windows etc.
  • Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in developing a career in IT
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work on a rotating 24x7 shift roster
  • Ability to obtain a national Police Clearance
