About the role
We are currently recruiting for Service Desk Technicians and Senior Service Desk Technicians to work on a shift basis across 24/7 environments in Perth. To be a great Service Desk Technician you will need to have a passion for technology, a background in delivering outstanding customer service and a drive for learning and developing your career.
As part of our upbeat and dynamic team, you will make use of your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to deliver high quality (and did we mention award winning?) customer service within a large, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in resolving IT-related issues and requests whilst upholding Kinetic IT’s reputation for delivering beyond customer expectations.
