Dell Deployment Services are responsible for the delivery of complex Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions. As a Graduate Project Manager you would be a part of a team of technical delivery professionals who assume responsibility for implementing, migrating, upgrading and/or operating customer IT infrastructure environments.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Plans and manages the delivery of technical infrastructure projects
  • Develops standard project plans and delivers against standard statements of work (SOW)
  • Prepares, maintains and submits clear and concise activity progress reports and time recording/management reports to customers, management and sales in accordance with published procedures
  • Coordinates and collaborates with internal technical resources and partner resources, both local and remote
  • Sets expectations on project deliverables and communicates status, verbally and in writing
  • Maintains project documentation to monitor and track deliverables and help ensure project governance
  • Participate and contribute to customer stakeholder project meetings
  • Controls financial compliance of projects
  • Provides input for weekly project revenue forecasts
  • Drives customer satisfaction

You are our candidate if:

  • You have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline and 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • You desire to build a long term career in a Technical Project Management role
  • You have strong communicate skills
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and a basic knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including storage, networking, server and virtualisation technologies
  • You have good priority setting and delegation skills
  • You also work well in a team and independently
  • You are passionate about working with customers and assisting them
  • You have an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, as we are NOT able offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Desired Requirement

  • Knowledge of Project Management concepts and practices is an advantage
