As the Customer Success Consultant, your primary focus is to guide, and consult your clients and deliver project outcomes, essentially improving their business operations within technology enablement.
Our Client provides workforce management systems, on a national level, who are aggressivel growing and require a Client Success Consultant to further support their growth strategy. This position is ideal for junior BA's and or technology enablement project coordinators who are looking to work closer with clients, providing them the opportunity to upskill and develop.
Utilising your analytical and technical skill set you are able to address issues and provide solutions regarding the delivery of projects, software recommendations and training client teams in how to administer, enabling your client to operate efficiently and deliver its services. Your success will be measured in your ability to support, retain and optimise your client’s success.
