A job is available for a Service Desk Analyst to join a Massive Government Organisations night shift team on an initial 7 month contract.

Your new role
As an experienced Service Desk Analyst you will be working in a busy environment providing first level support to end users across all of NSW. You will be working night shift on a four day per week 10 hours per day schedule. (This will include weekends) You will be providing excellent customer service to maintain the highest quality experience possible without management supervision.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Desk Analyst in addition to the following skills:

  • Working without management supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Service Now experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and know when to escalate efficiently and effectively when required
  • Able to work nights and weekends
