About the opportunity
The College seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced IT & AV Helpdesk Technician (Level 1/Level 2) to provide a high level of IT support to the College.
The IT & AV Helpdesk Technician provides Help Desk user support, ensuring that all IT & AV services are maintained and working effectively for the College community.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of organisation, an ability to prioritise deadlines and tasks.
- Experience in IT systems and troubleshooting user issues
- Experience in AV systems setup and function
- Ability and willingness to embrace a collegial, team-based approach to work that places a high priority on building positive relationships and delivering excellent outcomes is essential
- Ability and willingness to work out of hours to support College functions is desirable.
