About the opportunity

The College seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced IT & AV Helpdesk Technician (Level 1/Level 2) to provide a high level of IT support to the College.

The IT & AV Helpdesk Technician provides Help Desk user support, ensuring that all IT & AV services are maintained and working effectively for the College community. 

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of organisation, an ability to prioritise deadlines and tasks.

  • Experience in IT systems and troubleshooting user issues

  • Experience in AV systems setup and function

  • Ability and willingness to embrace a collegial, team-based approach to work that places a high priority on building positive relationships and delivering excellent outcomes is essential

  • Ability and willingness to work out of hours to support College functions is desirable.
