State Government organisation looking for an Application Support Analyst for an immediate start for a 3 month contract.

Your new company:
Located conveniently on the fringe of Melbourne CBD, this large Victorian State Government Department influences outcomes that can have a real impact on people’s lives. They have recently rolled out newly developed ERP Cloud platform and are seeking an experienced Application Support Anlayst to support with everyday functions

Your new role
As the Application Support Analyst will provide first response to email requests, walk-ins, mobile device. You will be conducting initial troubleshooting and triage of all incidents reported via ServiceNow.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience with Application support of Financial ERP
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Oracle desirable
  • Actively monitor and update open incidents and requests in accordance to set SLA’s
  • Where possible and appropriate provide the customer with regular progress updates for open incidents or requests until resolution
  • Perform customer follow up to confirm service restoration prior to the resolution of the ticket
